Fiz a receita como no original,apenas adaptei á cc e acrescentei um pouco mais de farinha pois a minha massa ficou um pouco liquida.<br />

100 gr leite<br />
150 gr água <br />
100 gr açúcar ( usei 80 gr)<br />
100 gr manteiga amolecida<br />
5 gr fermento de padeiro vahiné<br />
Sal<br />
500 gr farinha(pus um pouco +)<br />
1 gema de ovo para pincelar<br />

Para o côco<br />
50 gr côco<br />
30 gr açúcar<br />
2 c sopa leite<br />
<br />
No copo da cc colocar o leite,a água, o açúcar, o sal ,o fermento e a manteiga,programa massas p3. Ao fim de uns segundos juntar a farinha. No final do programa desligar o robot e deixar levedar lq dentro durante 40 mns.<br />
Fazer bolinhas do tamanho de bolas de golf ( gosto pequenas) e colocar num tabuleiro com papel vegetal. Com uma faca fazer um corte em cruz,pincelar com ovo e juntar a mistura de côco por cima. Deixar repousar mais 30 mns e levar ao forno 180' 20 mns.<br />
São simples de fazer e ficam deliciosos e fofinhos .<br />

O meu filho adora esses folares, e eu comecei a fazê-los ,mas gosta de os comer com manteiga, como os folares são redondos não se conseguem partir pedaços muito grandes,então eu costumo fazer na forma de bolo inglês para poder fatiar.<br />

No copo da cc colocar cebola e alho picados com um fio de azeite e deixar refogar. Juntar o entrecosto e a entremeada em pedacinhos,o colorau e os cominhos,mais 2 minutos a refogar. Depois juntar a polpa de tomate e um pouco de água e deixar 15 mns a cozinhar. Juntar as favas e no cimo colocar o chouriço e a farinheira inteiros e o ramo de cheiros. Cozinhar durante 20 mn.<br />
Servir com salada.<br />

Quando faço bolonhesa faço sempre uma grande quantidade e congelo em caixas para outras refeições.<br />
Quando se chega a casa tarde é só tirar do congelador e rapidamente se põe o jantar na mesa,é só cozer esparguete e temos esparguete á bolonhesa ,ou faz-se puré e temos empadão,neste caso juntei um frasco de feijão cozido e rapidamente saiu um chili!<br />

É uma sopa paleo,mas basicamente é a sopa que as nossas avós faziam,com carne,legumes e cozinhada durante 4 horas no fogão de lenha.<br />

Normalmente faço sopa com puré e já há muito não comia uma sopa assim,soube-me bem!!!<br />

Usei 2 pedaços de entrecosto,porque tem osso e acho que dá melhor sabor,mas pode fazer-se com frango ou carne de vaca,é a gosto. Legumes leva o que houver no frigorifico e precisar de ser consumido.<br />
Eu fiz com cenoura, abóbora , lombardo, cebola,alho,talos de couve e folhas de hortelã.<br />
Basicamente é colocar tudo na panela ,neste caso na cc, cobrir com água,umas pedras de sal e pôr em lume alto até levantar fervura. Quando começar a ferver reduzir o lume e deixar durante 4 horas. A cc só dá para 2 horas,quando terminou pus mais 2h.<br />

Bater bem os ovos com o açúcar no robot até ficar esbranquiçado,depois juntar os outros ingredientes á mão sem mexer muito. Deitar na forma com algumas rodelas de banana no topo.Levar ao forno em forma untada durante 40 mns.<br />
Para o caramelo é só juntar tudo num tacho e levar ao forno,eu pus no microondas 2 ou 3 mns,fui vendo a cor.<br />
Quando o bolo estiver pronto,desenformar e regar com o caramelo.<br />

Temperar os bifes com sal,folha de louro ,pimenta ,alhos,colorau e vinho branco.Fritar os bifes,faço com bifanas ou perú porque cá em casa não gostamos de carne de vaca,reservar. Fazer arroz,frito em azeite e alho. Fritar as batatas. Estrelar oa ovos.<br />
Eu faço os bifes e as batatas fritas na multifry,um de cada vez claro,só com um fio de azeite,portanto com muito pouca gordura. Os ovos faço no microondas e não levam gordura nenhuma. Vou fazer um post só sobre ovos e microondas.<br />
Depous é só colocar no prato com 1 fatia de queijo e 1 de fiambre em cada bife e o ovo "a cavalo".<br />

No copo da cc colocar 3 cubinhos de cebola e alho picados com um fio de azeite e deixar refogar. Juntar a carne e rodelas de chouriço ,1 folha de louro e cominhos,slow cook 15 mns. Adicionar as cenouras e o lombardo e a polpa de tomate e um pouco de água,slow cook 20 mns. No final juntar o feijão e deixar mais 10 mns.<br />
Acompanhar com arroz branco.<br />

Sou uma pessoa bastante prática,gosto de tudo o que me faça poupar tempo,gosto de cozinhar mas não gosto de perder muito tempo a fazê-lo (até porque não tenho mesmo tempo).<br />
O meu marido não gosta de cebola na comida,ou seja,a cebola do refogado tem que estar em papa,não se pode ver nem um bocadinho ( manias). Antes de ter a cc picava a cebola na 1 2 3 e fazia o refogado,mas agora com a cc,a cuba como é maior, pica a cebola mas não a deixa em papa porque a cuba é grande e a cebola é pouca. Solução ?? Picar imensas cebolas e alhos de uma vez e congelar!<br />

Depois de tudo picado deito em cuvetes de gelo,levo a congelar e quando já está em cubinhos guardo num saco. Para começar um refogado é só pôr 2 ou 3 cubinhos e azeite no tacho,ou robot! Poupa-se muito tempo! Também se pode colocar logo azeite ,sal ou coentros,faço alguns cubinhos já com todo o tempero.<br />

Casca de limão<br />
Pau de canela<br />
2 ovos<br />
3 gemas de ovo<br />
20 gr farinha<br />
20 gr farinha maizena<br />

Colocar o leite, metade do açúcar, canela e casca de limão no copo da cc com o acessório misturador,Vel 3, 90' durante 15 mns. Reservar retirando o pau de canela e a casca de limão.<br />
Lavar a taça e colocar o acessório batedor com os ovos ,as gemas,as farinhas o restante açúcar na vel 6, 1mn , e depois juntar leite .<br />
Clicar no programa Sobremesa , vel 5, 90' durante 15 mns. Depois é só deitar em taças.<br />
Cá em casa gostamos com açúcar queimado e como não tenho o ferro de queimar,porque nunca me lembro de comprar,faço com uma colher,mas não fica bem igual. Deito açúcar por cima,aqueço bem uma colher no bico do fogão e queimo a açúcar.<br />

Peço na peixaria para me arranjarem as douradas e darem um corte a meio,estas eram bem grandes,fiz só duas e deu para os três.<br />
Cozi batatinhas,(estas eram da vitacress,vêm embaladas,mas são muito saborosas) com a pele e ao vapôr ,cortei em quartos e reguei com azeite. Depois salpiquei-as com coentros,ficaram muito boas. Acompanhei com salada de tomate.<br />

Basta apenas cortar a tampa aos pães,usei bolinhas,retirar o miolo e rechear. Eu recheei com queijo, presunto e ovo no topo. É só levar ao forno,usei a multifry,durante 15 mns. Já está.<br />

Bater todos os ingredientes do bolo e levar ao forno numa forma untada a 180° 30 mns. Eu fiz num tabuleiro e não desenformei, mas já fiz em forma normal e consegui desenformar.<br />
Entretanto levar os ingredientes da calda a ferver. Quando o bolo estiver pronto deitar a calda por cima e salpicar com mais côco ralado.<br />

A maioria das pessoas faria peixe cozido com legumes,mas devo confessar que peixe cozido é das poucas coisas que não gosto mesmo de comer! Detesto!!! Ora ,sendo assim,troco pelo atum e fica um prato que adoro! Comemos imensas vezes cá em casa.<br />
É também perfeito para quando nos esquecemos de deixar jantar a descongelar,é só cozer legumes e abrir umas latas de atum.<br />

Estas foram feitas na multifry. É só retirar os caroços ás maçãs, recheá-las com granola e nozes no topo,salpicar com canela e um fio de mel ! No fundo da cuba pus um pouco de água só para não queimar.<br />
